It started a few days ago. I noticed my/his/her nose was wet/damp/moist, and there was a bit of/some/a little discharge/runny stuff/goop coming out. It's not clear/green/yellow, thick/thin/stringy and it doesn't seem to be bothering him/her/it too much. I'm just worried, you know? Could it be an allergy/a cold/something else? Should I take him/her/it website to the vet? I've tried keeping his food/water/toys clean and making sure he has plenty of fresh air, but the discharge is still there. Maybe I should do some research online about this. What do you think?
Is it Feline Snot Normal?
Every cat owner knows that their furry friend sometimes produces a little snot. But just how much is normal? Large amounts of snot could signal an underlying problem, while a little amount might suggest a typical response to allergens or irritants. Keep an eye on other symptoms like sneezing, coughing, or discharge from the eyes. If your cat is exhibiting several symptoms or their snot is thick and green, it's best to consult your veterinarian.
Feline Nasal Discharge
